China-based · Commercial intelligence

Before you commit to China, get closer to the truth.

You don't need an office in China. You need someone you can trust on the ground — someone who can check, verify, visit, ask questions and follow things up.

You send it.
I check it.

A company name. A document. A phone number. A website. A transaction proposal. A business claim.
I'll tell you what I can check — and what I can do.

01 / 05

Services / clear scope

From a first check
to staying with the deal.

Choose the level of involvement that fits the question in front of you. Every assignment is practical, direct and clear about its limits.

01

Check a Company

USD 199

“Who is this company?”

A focused check before you spend serious time or money dealing with a Chinese company. I look at the public record and help you understand what sits behind the name.

What I can check −
  • Registration, business scope and registered capital
  • Shareholders, ownership and legal representative
  • Licences, qualifications and import / export status
  • Employees and public financial information, where available
  • Other publicly available business information

Report delivered within 3–24 hours

Includes one month of direct online support

Go There for You

USD 500 / half day

Sometimes you don't need another report. You need someone to go there.

I visit the registered address, office, factory, warehouse or business location and report what is actually there.

What a visit can include −
  • Photographs and observations of the surrounding environment
  • Address comparison: registration versus actual operation
  • Signs of an office, shared office, industrial site or active operation
  • A practical field report, not just a website summary
↗
04

Meet Them for You

USD 500 / half day

You can't come to China? I can go instead.

I can attend a meeting with a Chinese buyer, supplier or trading company, speak Chinese, ask your questions and report back what was actually said.

What the meeting can cover −
  • Meet management and discuss the transaction
  • Request documents and clarify business claims
  • Visit their office or facility
  • Join a video call with you during the meeting, where practical
  • Report who I met, what they said, showed or could not show
↗
05

Stay With the Deal

From USD 10,000 / 6 months

Your person on the ground in China.

If you move forward, I can stay involved as your China Transaction Representative — keeping communication, coordination and follow-up moving while you remain the principal.

What ongoing support can include −
  • Chinese buyer / supplier communication and commercial follow-up
  • Meetings, document coordination and local communication
  • Transaction follow-up, local visits and China-side problem solving
  • Coordination with the Chinese counterparty

+ Agreed success fee, depending on the product, transaction size and scope of work.

How I work / no theatre

A registered company is not the same as a credible deal.

I am not a large consulting company. I am not sitting thousands of miles away reading a company website. I work directly with international commodity traders from China, where the questions become real.

Ask me to take a look
01

Start with the claim

You tell me what the company says, what you have been sent and what decision is in front of you.

02

Check what is behind it

I compare the story with public records, company background, people, places and the transaction logic.

03

Go beyond the screen

When needed, I visit the place, meet the people, speak Chinese and ask the questions you need answered.

04

Report the useful truth

I tell you what I can verify, what I cannot verify, what contradicts the available information and what to ask next.

The important distinction

I don't simply tell you:
“This company is safe.”

I show you what can be verified, what cannot be verified, what does not make sense, and what you should ask before sending money, nominating a vessel, signing a contract or spending three months negotiating.

The question is not only “Is this company registered?”
It is: “Does this deal actually make sense?”
